Refund & Replacement Policy for Fyash.com

At Fyash, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged in transit.

Return & Replacement Terms:

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns under any circumstances unless the item is damaged during delivery.

  • Replacement Only: If the item arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement of the same product. No exchanges or refunds will be processed.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a replacement, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must start before opening the package and show the full unboxing process clearly.

  • Damage Notification: Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this time frame will not be accepted.

  • Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping: Customers must return the damaged product to us. We currently do not offer a pickup service.
